Lesley Goldwasser

Lesley Goldwasser is a Managing Director of GreensLedge. Prior to joining GreensLedge, Lesley was associated with Credit Suisse Group AG as Managing Director where she had global responsibility for the Hedge Fund Strategic Services unit. Prior to Credit Suisse, Lesley spent twelve years at Bear Stearns where she was co-head of Global Debt and Equity Capital Markets and had global responsibility for Structured Products.
Prior to her tenure at Bear Stearns, Lesley spent 12 years at Credit Suisse in a variety of management positions including responsibility for both the Asset Backed and Non-Agency Mortgage Trading Desks. Lesley was born and raised in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and is a graduate of the University of Cape Town, South Africa. Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licensed. Lesley founded Zara's Center with her family in 2007. |
Barry Patterson
INVESTMENT BANKER AND PHILANTHROPIST
Barry Patterson is the President and CEO of Central Park Financial. He brings over 20 years of experience as a turnaround professional, real estate developer and entrepreneur. Barry lives in Orange County, California with his son.
Barry is actively engaged in promoting education for the underprivileged in Southern Africa and the United States. He was born in South Africa and obtained a B.A. from Natal University in Durban, South Africa in 1988 and an L.L.B. in 1990. |
Fred Terrell
VICE CHAIRMAN, CREDIT SUISSE
Frederick O. Terrell is Vice Chairman of the Investment Banking Department, based in New York. Prior to rejoining Credit Suisse, Mr. Terrell was Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Provender Capital Group, LLC, a private equity investment firm based in New York City that he co-founded in 1998.
During his career, Mr. Terrell has also held a number of significant positions in the corporate governance arena. In addition to being a member of the University Council of Yale University and former member of the Board of Advisors at the Yale School of Management, Mr. Terrell was recently a Senior Advisor to the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission (FCIC), established by Congress to study the causes of the recent financial disaster. Mr. Terrell holds a B.A. degree from La Verne College, an M.A. Degree from Occidental College, and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management. He was also a Coro Foundation Fellow in Public Affairs. |
